How It Works

1. Choose your subscription

Do you want a no commitment month to month plan or do you want to save money on a three, six, or twelve month plan?

2. We find the fun lip balms

We search all over for fun, unique lip balms and other fun surprises just for you! 

3. You receive fun mail

You will get a fun new lip balm package once a month for as long as you want to receive fun mail! 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will I receive my package?

A:  Your monthly package will ship via the USPS around the 25th of each month.



Q: When will I be billed?

A: We re-bill on the 8th of the month following your last paid subscription. If you choose a month to month plan then it will re-bill you on the 8th of each month but if you choose a multi month plan it won't re-bill until the 8th of the month after your current plan ends. (Please note, it will re-bill for the same term you previously chose.)



Q: How do I contact you?

Q: How does the subscription work?  

A: You choose the length of your subscription, month to month or longer. The longer the term the more you save.


Q: Can I end my subscription? 

A: You may end your subscription at any time. If you cancel by the 7th of the month you will not be billed for the next box. After the 8th your subscription will end after your next payment term ends.


Q: What if life gets crazy and I forget to end my subscription? 

A: We don't want you to feel "trapped" so if you did not mean for your subscription to renew we will allow a 24 hour grace period for you to request a refund.



Q: Do you accept returns?

A: At this time we can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue any refunds but if something arrives damaged please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make things right.



Q : I have a product I think you would like, do you accept suggestions?

A: We would be glad to hear about your product and see if it would be a good fit for us. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for contact info!



Q : Where do you ship?

A: For now we ship to the USA.  We are looking into expanding to other countries in the near future.



Q: I can't find my package... What now?  

A: We ship vis the USPS and provide tracking info for every shipment. If you need us to send you that number of need help tracking your package please let us know. We will help you track your package. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages . Please make arraignments to have your subscription delivered to a secure address or location. If you package is lost after delivery we will do our best to help you locate it but the best course is for you to contact your mail carrier and/or local post office.
